TURKISH AIR FORCE COMMANDER
As part of #NATO Assurance Measures, Turkish Airborne Early Warning & Control aircraft taking off from 3rd Main Jet Air Base Command (Konya) conducted a mission flight over NATO airspace (Romania) on October 20, 2025.
Between October 21–23, 2025, the Turkish E-7T Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) aircraft will carry out a Ground Alert Mission, after which it will be deployed to Siauliai Air Base, Lithuania. The mission will be supported by flight crew, operations, maintenance, and support personnel.
As part of NATO Assurance Measures, a mission has been planned in NATO airspace (over Romania) during the return route of Turkish AEW&C aircraft from Lithuania to Konya.
