TURKISH AIR FORCE COMMANDER
The Turkish Air Force continues to make a strong contribution to NATO's commitment to protecting allied airspace and collective defense.
5 F-16 fighter jets and 76 personnel belonging to the Turkish Air Force have deployed to the Ämari Air Base (Estonia) as part of the NATO Enhanced Air Policing (eAP) Block-72 mission. The mission will continue through November 30, 2026.
As with all international responsibilities it undertakes, Türkiye will continue to provide confidence to its allies and reassurance to its friends in this mission.
